This is an ongoing training commitment. This is the most popular option when starting to train. Whether you are looking at losing weight, or building muscle, then this is for you! Find consistency, and find results! Price is per week. Minimum commitment 4 weeks.

One on one sessions are held at Goodlife Health Clubs at either Cleveland or Alexandra Hills. When you first come into the club, I will sit down with you and talk about your previous health and fitness history. We will address the emotional reasons that you have for starting with me today and set goals to make us accountable as a team. Each training session will vary in intensity and will be tailored towards making you feel better about yourself. Price is for 1 Training session.

This is all about having fun outside of the gym. Full body, functional cardio workouts. These workouts vary from boxing to circuit style sessions. Sessions are held in Cleveland.. Kids are welcome!
NO gym membership required!
If you do not have access to a gym, then I can look after you at home. Online training blocks are for 6 weeks. Jump in and contact me for more info.
